- In relation to REFUNDS please see return and refund policy below.
- Please take your time and check to ensure all the personalisation details are correct as mistakes cannot be rectified later.
- Any items received damaged or with a fault must be returned to me and i will then issue an exchange or a refund.
- As all Laptops, Phones, Tablets etc vary the colour of your product may vary.
- Delivery is via An Post or Gls courier service.
- Normal delivery time with An Post is 3 to 5 working days however this is subject to delays and is out of my control.
- If you DO NOT want your product featured on my website or social media pages please notify me.

Return and Refund Policy
- If your product is damaged on arrival you must notify me within 2 days.
- NO REFUNDS will be given on personalised items (NO EXCEPTIONS)
